I have also proven experience in organising and building small design teams, setting them up for success with design systems that reduce UI overheads by ~83%, enabling them to keep pace with multiple scrum teams.

Savills, a national leading estate agency, needed to streamline and enhance the way their valuers created repetitive, time intensive property valuation reports.
A robust UX strategy was essential to the success of this product. Designing a brand new platform for thousands of valuers, all with differing needs and ways of working, posed a prominent risk for the application: take up.

Sky’s overall commercial business direction started to pivot in 2023, where they identified the need to appeal to the next upcoming generation. User centred design is pivotal to correctly positioning platforms and offerings, so I pitched an approach and it was another design team win for championing UX.
